To recognize original or good lubricants, you must first know about adulterated lubricants. Only then can you compare any lubricants? The characteristics or symptoms of adulterated or substandard lubricants are:

Read more: When should engine oil be changed?

1. After opening the drum or bottle/can of lubricant, there is a strange smell which is very pungent. Remember that the stronger the smell, the more adulterated the mix.

2. The color of the original lubricant is golden and clear. The original lubricant can be seen from side to side if placed in a white glass jar/container. Lubricants that are red, black, bluish, light green in color are mostly recycled lubricants and adulterant mixes.

3. By observing the viscosity or density, you can understand how much adulterant mixing is inside the lubricant? The viscosity or concentration grade written on the bottle or can does not correspond to the viscosity of the adulterated lubricant. In this case the adulterated lubricant is thin like water which you can tell by dipping your finger.

4. Some unscrupulous lubricant dealers mix 1 drum of lubricant with 2 drums of diesel/Gandhar oil to increase the amount of lubricant and illegal income. Diesel/Gandhar Oil Mixing Lubricant Produces Offensive Diesel/Gandhar Oil Odor. Some try to hide the smell of diesel by putting on heavy perfumes to remove this unpleasant smell.

5. If the bottom of the lubricant drum/bottle/can has sludge, wheels, wheels, it is assumed that the lubricant is contaminated.

6.If you find dirt inside the lubricant bottle/can/bucket, assume that the lubricant has not been prepared for you in a standard way. That Means – Mother makes, Pute packs and Dad lives

7. Adding adulterated lubricant to your engine can cause your engine to overheat quickly. Remember that lubricants also act as a cooling agent in your engine. Your engine will not overheat quickly with original lubricant, but with adulterated lubricant your engine will overheat very quickly.

8. If your engine emits a lot of black smoke, strange noises after applying lubricant, then you can assume that the lubricant is adulterated.

9. After a few days of putting adulterated lubricant into the engine, if you drain it, it will become very dark and black and will not contain the amount of lubricant it should have. Adulterated lubricants mostly fly, corrode, burn.

Let us take care of your hobby or hard-earned engine. There is a lifeless soul inside the engine. He only goes with our energy, so give him something good too. Lubricant is the lifeblood of the engine. Please do not put contaminated blood in the engine.

Note: Some unscrupulous greedy lubricant traders give less weight/measurement of lubricants in bottles, cans, buckets and drums which is also a cheating ploy of unscrupulous traders. So if in doubt, measure separately by yourself. Let us all unite against cheating. Save yourself from fraud, save others from fraud.
